Our role

Government iPhone LLC is a Lifeline-supported wireless service provider. We are not a government agency and do not make final Lifeline eligibility determinations — those are made by the National Verifier / USAC.

Accuracy of information

We make reasonable efforts to keep eligibility, plan, and device information current, but availability, pricing, and features are ultimately determined by participating carriers and are subject to change without notice.

Acceptable use

You agree to provide accurate information when using our eligibility checker or application tools. Lifeline is a federal benefit, and knowingly providing false information to obtain it is punishable by law.

Limitation of liability

Government iPhone LLC is not liable for actions, delays, or omissions by participating carriers, USAC, or the National Verifier that are outside our control.
