Government iPhone LLC ("we," "us") operates governmentiphone.com as a Lifeline-supported wireless service provider to help consumers understand and apply for Lifeline-supported wireless service. This policy explains what information we collect and how it's used.

Information we collect

When you use our eligibility checker or application, we may collect your name, contact information, ZIP code, and information relevant to determining Lifeline eligibility (such as program participation or income range). We do not collect Social Security numbers or full document images directly; where a participating carrier's application requires them, you provide that information directly to the carrier or the National Verifier.

How we use it

We use your information to provide eligibility guidance, match you with participating carriers serving your area, and respond to support requests. We may share application information with the participating carrier you select, in order to complete enrollment on your behalf.

You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, or request deletion, by contacting support@governmentiphone.com.
